Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,238 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UDP-galactose transmembrane transport, Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, and Protein targeting. Each is linked with SLC35A3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A3 results are reported.
