Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,423 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX3, HCCS, and HUWE1_S1907. Each is linked with SLC35A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A2 results are reported.
