SLC35A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,044 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TM9SF2, GOLGB1, and ARL1. Each is linked with SLC35A2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC35A2 versus TM9SF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
