Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6AP2, TAB3, and WDR45. Each is linked with SLC35A2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A2 results are reported.
