Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1225, RNA5SP410, and TMEM256-PLSCR3. Each is linked with SLC35A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A1 results are reported.
