SLC35A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with SLC35A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by SLC35A1-low versus SLC35A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
