Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,537 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleotide transport, Pyrimidine nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with SLC35A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A1 results are reported.
