Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC34A3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC34A3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC34A3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC34A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where SLC34A3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
