Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC34A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC34A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MUC1, PIGR, and CA13. Each is linked with SLC34A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC34A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC34A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC34A2 versus MUC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC34A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC34A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
