SLC34A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC34A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,279 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC34A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACP5, MPG, and TRPA1. Each is linked with SLC34A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC34A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC34A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC34A1 versus ACP5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC34A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC34A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
