The most reproducible SLC34A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of fibrinolysis, Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, and Glycerol transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC34A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC34A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC34A1 results are reported.
