SLC33A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC33A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,989 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC33A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INF2, CYP26B1, and RAPGEF2. Each is linked with SLC33A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC33A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC33A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC33A1 versus INF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC33A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC33A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
