Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC31A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,295 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, DOCK2, and DOCK8. Each is linked with SLC31A2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A2 results are reported.
