Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC31A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC31A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRA, RBFOX2, and MYH9. Each is linked with SLC31A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC31A2 versus HIRA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
