Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC31A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,717 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Wound healing, Mitochondrion to lysosome vesicle-mediated transport, and Mitochondrion-derived vesicle mediated transport. Each is linked with SLC31A2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A2 results are reported.
