Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC31A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,691 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP15, TBC1D2, and ECPAS. Each is linked with SLC31A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A1 results are reported.
