SLC31A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC31A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,094 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, PSME2, and TPTE2P5. Each is linked with SLC31A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC31A1 versus PTAFR in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC31A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC31A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
