SLC31A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC31A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, DNAJA1P1, and IPPKP1. Each is linked with SLC31A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by SLC31A1-low versus SLC31A1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC31A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC31A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
