Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC31A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,884 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IARS1, RAB14, and NAA35. Each is linked with SLC31A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC31A1 versus IARS1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
