Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC31A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,424 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC31A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 signaling pathway, Vesicle cargo loading, and Proteasome regulatory particle assembly. Each is linked with SLC31A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC31A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC31A1 results are reported.
