Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,964 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with SLC30A8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A8 results are reported.
