Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,170 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with SLC30A4 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A4 results are reported.
