Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,253 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into lysosome, Cell division, and Vacuolar transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC30A4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A4 results are reported.
