SLC30A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,554 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRE, SSBP3, and TBC1D24. Each is linked with SLC30A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A2 versus PTPRE in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC30A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC30A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
