Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, MIR6859-2, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with SLC30A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A2 results are reported.
