Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 384 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL3, U2AF1, and KLKB1. Each is linked with SLC30A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A2 results are reported.
