SLC30A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,817 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF5, ADIRF, and ERBIN. Each is linked with SLC30A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A1 versus TRAF5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC30A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC30A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
