Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC8, LPGAT1, and ACBD3. Each is linked with SLC30A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A1 results are reported.
