Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,978 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cadmium ion transport, Cadmium ion transmembrane transport, and Zinc export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with SLC30A1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A1 results are reported.
