SLC2AXP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2AXP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,965 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2AXP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4325, RN7SL51P, and MORC1-AS1. Each is linked with SLC2AXP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2AXP1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2AXP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2AXP1 versus MIR4325 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2AXP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2AXP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
