Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,524 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex disassembly, Fructose transmembrane transport, and Response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine. Each is linked with SLC2A6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A6 results are reported.
