Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, DDX25, and TAFA1. Each is linked with SLC2A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A6 results are reported.
