Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC2A5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC2A5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher SLC2A5 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

PDAC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SLC2A5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
