SLC2A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,701 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD14, FCER1G, and AMPD3. Each is linked with SLC2A5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A5 versus CD14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
