The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SLC2A4RG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A4RG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SLC2A4RG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
