Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC2A4RG mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC2A4RG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC2A4RG mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A4RG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where SLC2A4RG mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
