Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A4RG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A4RG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, PLPPR1, and MS4A3. Each is linked with SLC2A4RG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A4RG-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A4RG results are reported.
