SLC2A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGM, DPYSL2, and TMOD1. Each is linked with SLC2A4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A4 versus PYGM in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
