Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,209 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amino acid metabolic process, Purine-containing compound biosynthetic process, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC2A4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A4 results are reported.
