Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC2A3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC2A3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SLC2A3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where SLC2A3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
