SLC2A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, C20orf85, and IL22. Each is linked with SLC2A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by SLC2A3-low versus SLC2A3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
