SLC2A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,743 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2, CD82, and PUM1_T112. Each is linked with SLC2A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A2 versus ACTR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
