Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,105 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glucose import across plasma membrane, Cellular response to decreased oxygen levels, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with SLC2A14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A14 results are reported.
