SLC2A14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,444 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A3, KRT18, and DAG1. Each is linked with SLC2A14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A14 versus SLC2A3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
