Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,172 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactose transmembrane transport, Positive regulation of amyloid-beta clearance, and Negative regulation of protein catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC2A14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A14 results are reported.
