Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC2A13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC2A13 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC2A13 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC2A13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where SLC2A13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
