SLC2A13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,911 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RHBDF2, SLC2A13_S17, and PID1. Each is linked with SLC2A13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A13 versus RHBDF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
