Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL27, RNA5SP413, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with SLC2A13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL27 grouped by SLC2A13-low versus SLC2A13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
