Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rad50, and VEGFR2. Each is linked with SLC2A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A13 results are reported.
