Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein autoubiquitination, NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC2A13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A13 results are reported.
